
I generally forget how great I feel after I've exercised, especially early in the morning or after I've been out of it for a while. That is my dilemma. I always feel like a $$$million$$$! I just don't have much for motivation in the wee hours of the morning when the rest of the world is sleeping.
And so I have resigned myself to evening exercise. It's surprisingly refreshing - stress relieving - and especially relaxing as I get ready for bed. I slept great last night after my evening walking, and I anticipate another solid sleep tonight.
It's just those darned mornings...

morning are nice, when you get home and go to bed. Working nights has it's advantages
